I chose long ago to free myself from the expectations of society & claim my authenticity, surrender to the chaos of creation and find myself, my true self. A journey I am still on and learning from each day.
I desire to create the world I want to live in, that I want for my children to live in. One of care, of deep connection, to self, other and our Divine Mother Earth.
Inner Realm is an extension of my being, here to hold space for your desires and dreams of the life you wish to lead using the practices I have found to be the most life changing, transformational and liberating in my own life.
Meditation enables me to me find balance, stillness and peacefulness in the so muchness of life. Overe® Energetics has been the catalyst for a total integrated embodiment of my values. Intentionally creating the life of my dreams, piece by piece with total integrity and freedom from the shackles of expectation and societies demands.
Motherhood above all else has initiated me into who I was brought to this earth, in this lifetime to be. The initiation has been all consuming at times, with times of pure love and light and many times of the depths of darkness.
Inner Realm is an ode to the realms that exist within each of us, that allow us to create with true freedom, unique expression and deep connection to all of our desires and wishes for our lives and our futures.
