What is Energy Healing?
Each of us have an energy body. Your energy body holds your emotional state, your conditioning, and the projections and perceptions that influence how you see the world.
Imbalances in your energy body have the potential to manifest as physical symptoms or ailments, limiting beliefs, or ways of being that are not serving you. Imbalances may manifest as feelings of stress, overwhelm, or feeling unsupported.
The techniques of energy healing I use are grounded in the tools of quantum healing, energy psychology and kinesiology to help you release energetic blocks, restoring your natural vital essence to its highest frequency.
Through this clearing your system will begin working and living from an elevated state and you will experience profound healing and lasting transformation.
How Does Energy Healing Work?
Intention
We start by setting your intention: the precise elevation you are wanting to call into your life.
It could be anything you want to clear. A limiting belief stopping you from feeling joy. A past experience that causes you to react with frustration when parenting is stressful.
Reading
This is where I tune into your energy body to find the experiences and beliefs that are limiting you. By bringing awareness to where you are imbalanced and dysregulated we’ll discover the path to realising your intention.
Clearing
From there, in Energy Clearing sessions, I’ll use the techniques of Specialised Kinesiology and muscle testing to clear, restore and elevate your energy body to a high-frequency state.
Can Energy Healing Work Online?
Energy healing can be delivered online just as it can be done in person. Tuning into you energy body does not require us to be in person together, only that we are present on the call with video enabled.
I have been receiving and practicing energy healing in person and online for nearly 10 years. Some of the most profound shifts I have experienced have been through online sessions where I was located in physically distant spaces from the other person.
Meeting online also means you can attend the session from a space that helps you feel comfortable and at ease, fit sessions into a busy schedule and alleviates the need to travel.

About Me
Earlier in my life I was totally unaware about the kinds of shifts energy healing could create. I dealt with my problems the same way most people do: by carrying on. And for a while that was fine. Throughout my early 20’s I found Kinesiology when I was moving through health challenges and severe anxiety.
Then I became a mum. Through two challenging pregnancies and the trials of raising two young children I battled postpartum depression, anxiety, and a number of different health concerns that kept me bed bound through long periods.
I felt horrible. Most days, if I could get up, I would just watch the clock waiting to crawl back into bed.
That was when I threw myself back into energy healing and mindfulness practices. It was hard work and I had to push myself to keep going deeper and deeper into the blocks and the limiting beliefs that were keeping me stuck and stagnant.
But over time I was able bring myself out of a really dark place. Now I am able to meet the challenges of my life with patience and I feel so excited to wake up and spend each day with my beautiful children.
Of course I still have bad days, we all do. But now I have the techniques and practices to bring me back to the truest version of myself so I can keep working on creating my dream life.
And my soul work is to share these techniques and practices with the people that need them. Thank you for being here.
